Baked chicken breast cooking time?

Hello, well, it’s “dad’s turn” to cook tonight. I used to make really good baked chicken, but I haven’t made it in a while and I can’t exactly remember the temperature or cooking time.. It is 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (they are slightly larger than average). I place them in a baking pan coated lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking, and then season them (Lawry’s seasoned salt, McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning, and a touch of lemon juice) and cover the pan with foil. If my memory serves correct, I then bake them on the middle rack at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Does this sound about right? I know it seems pretty elementary, but I’m not much of a cook, and I would prefer to NOT kill my kids with undercooked chicken. Thanks in advance with any assistance

it depends on your oven elevation etc. but I typically bake mine at 350-375 and it takes around 40 minutes. i’d suggest cooking it 35-40 minutes then testing it. If you have a meat thermometer thats best because it will keep the chicken from drying out as much. If you don’t cut the thickest part of the thickest piece and check to make sure it is white throughout, if not – stick it back in
