Shangri la diet & which oils can you drink?
Hey y’all…. Im want to try the shangri la diet, but im confused about which oils to use. I think most people use extra Light Olive oil or canola oil, but I haven’t been able to find these where I live…. Would sunflower oil work? It’s flavourless after all….
Yes, sunflower oil should work just fine. People have used various kinds of oils, and just about all of them seem to work.
