what happened to my computer?
i got a pentium III, sp2….i was just listening to songs on my windows media player one night then all of a sudden, i go to desk top and see three new programs ‘i didnt install’..some virus protection thingy and another anti spyware program…about few minuites later, my computer tells me i have been infected with a virus and need to download the recomended software..i felt miserable cos the computer just broke down all of a sudden…although i was downloadin a torrrent from a site but i remember checkin the torrent was in good health and it was from a trusted site(torrentspy.com)…so i feel it wasnt from the torrent…im not a guru at this so i cant tell….then when i run the anti virus …the computer freezes before it finishes…i need help
Run a spybot s&d scan, and an adaware scan, two small and free softwares. If ur pc crashes while scanning, restart it in safe mode, then run them again, along with ur av program. Btw, no torrent sites are fully trusting, but ones u can become a member for, are more reliable, as they are actually monitored by their own ’staff’

It happens to all of us; once the realization sets in that we are obese – truly obese, we start to look for immediate solutions.
For some of us, it is this diet or that diet; this pill, that pill, or even this guru, or that guru. For others, we look to our health practitioners or friends to get help. But many of us, daunted at the idea of another diet, another struggle, and then, another failure is just too much. Weight loss surgery is the answer! Or so we believe.
There are some concerns that are presented at the early stages of bariatric surgery counseling; This is not a magic pill, you will still need to make lifestyle changes, in both your diet and exercise, this will not make your life suddenly better. Further, there are risks, currently hovering around 1 death in 200 surgery (a national average). Often times, many of us gloss over all of those early concerns…after all, we are fighting morbid obesity, and often other metabolic issues due to our weight; and we are tired of the looks and the comments from those we meet. A quick and easy solution seems just the thing to take us out of our self-imposed misery.
Here’s the thing: while we are being counseled, at times extensively, on the need to make lifestyle changes, but most of us don’t really grasp that necessity.
The bitter, stinging irony is this: If we made the recommended lifestyle changes BEFORE surgery, we would be able to avoid surgery all together.
That’s right. If we made the recommended lifestyle changes BEFORE surgery – we could lose enough weight to take us out of danger and enjoy our lives again.
How, you ask? After all, haven’t you (like me) tried every diet known to man?! For thirty years I battled morbid obesity, from junior high to my early forties. Even with the education to END obesity, I was still a “big girl” hiding behind the denial of my actions. I had made myself this large…try as I might, I no longer could justify that a half-gallon of ice cream, or 6 slices of pizza was “normal” eating.
For me, the ONLY way I could make these changes was in the tiniest, simplest forms – literally making the smallest changes possible, day in and day out. I realized that after 30 years of obesity, it might take me 2 years to end my battle…but it was better than making it worse.
Furthermore, I knew that it had to be final. I had to lose weight once and for all and not harm my body with this binge and crash lifestyle.
So at middle age – in order to avoid weight loss surgery and end my existence as a morbidly obese woman, I started to make the changes my doctor and the media and society suggested. I will never say it was EASY. But I made it as simple as I could, and I put my daily efforts into ridiculously small steps in order to make it bearable. I did what I had seen hundreds of others do. I changed my life forever.
