Be Healthy

i used to have long hair but i cut it off this year from last years damage. ( from shoulder length to ear lobe, yes drastic, but it needed it)
i HAD oily roots and dry ends, but i cut those off, so glad i did, my hair is WAY healthier and more manageable.

now that my hair is so short, i don’t need moisture but maybe once a week.. maybe a spray on? what do you think? my hair is not extremely frizzy either.

so i doubt it exists, but i would like a shampoo that has volume, shine & smoothness. or combo with conditioner, like one or the other…if that makes sense.

i started taking biotin, and it works! so that’s helping.

i have tried both salon and store brands, looked at the aussie web page, might try theirs.

im just confused by it all, lol! i would like to try Regis olive oil shampoo, but not sure, ( see im confused)

any suggestions?

p.s. i don’t color my hair anymore, that’s what damaged it.
