How to make a homemade face scrub for oily skin?
I tried making a face scrub today for my skin that has become somewhat oily and breaking out randomly. I looked up various recipes online for this and all said to use an oil with the sugar. But in the back of my mind I was thinking well shouldn’t I not be putting oil on my face if that is what I want to get rid of? So I made one anyways using 1 part sugar to 1 part oil [I used a mixture of coconut and olive]. Then I added crushed vitamin C and mixed it all together. In the shower I used a little bit and scrubbed my face with it and washed off. As I figured, it left my skin feeling super oily. It did however make it feel smooth but again oily residue so I used some soap to get rid of the oil. Is there a better way of making a homemade face scrub that won’t leave an oily residue behind?
I use this !! It works !!
Oat meal scrub simple and cheap !!
Get a small palm of rolled oats
Pour water over your palm and saturate with water
Until soft
Then use it like a ordinary scrub and scrub away !!
For about a minute then rinse a d Moisturise !
