What are some naturally occurring liquids that are not similar to water??? (for school science fair)?

I’m in high school and I’m doing a scientific method science fair project in the surface tension of different liquids. I’m using water and probably oil(either vegetable or olive). Are there any other naturally occurring liquids that are not primarily made up of water that would be good for me to test?

Soda, shampoo, dishwashing soap. listerine, coffee, rubbing alcohol, purell, juice, melted ice cream, milk, apple cider, etc.
