How do I permantly get rid of acne? I’ve tried everything and have only had temporary results. Please help!?
I’ve used loads of dfifferent products getting only temporary results.
I’m a healthy 19 year old, have a good diet, go to the gym 3 times a week, only drink water, what else can I do? I need a permanent solution!
Ozonated olive oil – worked for almost a year
7 day acne detox – 2weeks
duac once daily – 8 months
abti biotics – 2 months
anti biotic cream – 1 month
Omnilux light therapy – 1 month during, 2 weeks after course finished
Clerasil – 5 DAYS!!
I also take 25mg zinc which hasn’t helped, and take cod liver oil with multi vitamins, but that’s mainly for general well being.
Roaccatane . . . not too sure on the spelling. You have to get it from a dermatolagist but it cures you.
