You may think the Hollywood baby food diet for weight loss is crazy or stupid. 1. Eat your normal foods during meals
This makes it so you don’t feel deprived. Eat healthier, but you don’t have to go nuts trying to eat perfectly healthy.
2. Eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day
It seems a lot of overweight people skip meals and just eat 1 or 2 big meals a day. DON’T DO IT! You need to eat often (no, not eat junk foods often) to keep your metabolism fast so it can burn off more calories. So eat 3 meals. 4 or 5 meals is even better.
3. The baby food part… eat 3-4 little jars or containers of baby food everyday
These are your snacks. Going down the baby food aisle will provide you with numerous choices. Although baby food is made with higher quality due to government regulations, you still want to avoid baby foods that are too high in sugars.
I personally eat the peaches, mangoes, and banana baby foods.

The key is to limit your intake of bad fats and sugars. Things like cookies and candy should only be consumed in small amounts. However, peanut butter and nuts (high in GOOD fat) and fruit (high in good sugar) are actually good for you because they consist of healthy fats and sugar. Many foods are advertised as healthy foods, and many get caught up in these healthy food lies. A lot of people only shop for and eat foods that are said to be healthy, and yet keep adding weight. The painful thing about it is that these people often blame their weight gain on overeating the healthy food, and then resolve on fad over restrictive diets (Cabbage only diet, Cayenne pepper and water diet, etc), which brings about the “yo-yo” effect, and early aging as the skin goes on a fast repetitive cycle of contraction and stretching.
Without wasting your time, the first so called “healthy” food that makes you fat is FRUIT JUICE, including the ones that are said to be 100% natural or “1 or 2 of your 5 a day”.
Hey, whole fruits are very healthy and should be taken daily, but the human body is not designed to ingest just the sweet liquid. That, will only live you craving for more carbs. The fiber content of fruits is the most beneficial content of any fruit, but fruit juices do way with them. The fiber in fruits regulates the blood sugar response when you are taking natural whole fruits as opposed to fruit juice. We are being told on TV to drink orange juice every morning, and many people do, but how many members of the public are healthy? Eat whole orange fruit instead, and whole other fruits
This one may go against all the information that you have been exposed to and believe. The second so called “healthy” food that you must avoid is WHEAT, oh yeah WHOLE WHEAT inclusive. They come in form of: cereals, breads, pasta, bagel, etc.
A high percentage of the public has varying degrees of gluten intolerance. You get gluten from grains ~ wheat most especially. Chronic cases are seen in full blown Celiacs, but most people do not know that the human body is not designed to ingest large amounts of wheat, and our digestive system has never adapted to large quantities of wheat in foods. Large quantity of wheat makes you feel bloated among many things and is simply fattening.

The scourge of weight loss is set point. Any suggestions for circumventing set point beyond a seaweed diet?
